Redditor on feminist exclusivity

They say it excludes disabled women, but do they actually know if feminists didn't help out disabled women? Do they realize how many of these women dealt with mental illnesses, depression, trauma ? Of course they wouldn't say "we have a blind feminist, we're so good !!". That'd be horrible. -- reddit commenter on femimism's history of excluding women
I wonder how much of this can be attributed to the rise in identity politics. If those things weren't considered a faction of one's "identity," then how could have intersectionality been applied here. The women's movement has a long history of ignoring the needs of women or color and working class women; that's been documented. But to say that they skipped over women's mental health issues is ludicrous.
