Hazel O'Connor, a British actress known, if at all, for the movie, Breaking Glass, in which she played a pop singer named Kate (inspired by Kate Bush). O'Connor had a string of albums out herself that's been mostly lost to the music-listening public. "Will You?" is from the soundtrack to that movie.
