I have jumped the shark.
This is typical of week two NaNo-ing. You're not so close you can see the finish line, but all that week one optimism and illusion of "good writing" has completely melted away. I always get a little silly around this time, but I haven't written a full-on stinker in a while and those efforts, while futile, are usually fun.
Plus my character has absolutely no morals, so anything goes.
