I'm a little hesitant to post this, as the effect at the beginning reads a little uncomfortably close to blackface, but I remember seeing this video exactly once as a child -- probably not on MTV but one of those late night video shows whose playlist was more weird of center -- and completely forgot it existed until youtube.
