New Reading List

I spent the weekend looking at reading lists from different women's and gender studies programs. Never having taken a formal class, I was kind of surprised how many "academic" books I've read, and also kind of disappointed that the same names keep popping up. Knowing there is some demand for feminist or queer theory reading that is not so heavy on the pedantic, I made my own . (Yes, Judith Butler is on there -- I don't give up so easily.)
