Well this happened

My cat just vomited on my camp NaNo notes. Thankfully, I have an electronic backup.

I guess this is her way of telling me my writing blows chunks.

Edit: most of it was salvageable, albeit a little stinky. I don't usually draft by hand, though I probably should. Most of my writing done initially on pen and paper is better than the drafts done solely in Word.  I'm a fast typist, but a slow writer by hand. (Slow enough that I've seriously questioned whether I have dysgraphia.) But slowing down makes me more aware of what I'm writing rather than blasting out 2000+ word screeds in an hour.
