I'm loathe to admit that I'm turing this site into my own personal writing blog. There's a place for that, sure, and other bloggers do it entertainingly, but cataloging the minutiae of my daily life has never been a skill of mine. The truth is writing makes me not want to write, or rather, not want to blog.
I don't care about numbers. I've done enough NaNos and camps and various 'mos to know my writing is for shit when I have a daily quota. I do like this second draft, which is really the first "real" draft, better than the scrub draft I wrote back in April. I've abandoned any sort of logical "flow," but I have a more authentic story and characters that are more fleshed-out. It's still a pretty raw draft though.
