Editing is far more time consuming than writing. Understatement of the year.
Of course, using a NaNo month as an EditMo isn't the brightest idea I've had. Editing takes far more concentration than writing, particularly the kind of kamikaze, throw anything to the wall and see what sticks, writing that NaNoWriMo is famous for.
