The Frisky's Sally McGraw talks about ditching her scale. I concur. Truth: I have no idea what I actually weigh, as I haven't looked at a scale in over a decade. I'm a tallish, sturdy girl, so that number, even at its lowest, will never be that low, so I just focus on how I feel and how my clothes fit.
