A couple posts regarding Kathy Griffin's SVU performance: Kathy Griffin's Lesbian Law & Order SVU Episode: As Good As It Gets (Autostraddle), and A Law & Order Homophobic Fail? (Oh No They Didn't!)
I watched the episode and was fairly disappointed. Even ignoring the tired old trope of "man-hating lesbian activist," it just wasn't very good. The second link shows the "controversial" (Oh noes!) kiss between Kathy and SVU star Mariska Hargitay that was cut (but shown in the previews).

Dirty lyrics from little mouths (Broadsheet)
As someone who used to lip sync to AC/DC's "You Shook Me All Night Long," and Digital Underground's "Doowutchyalike" into a hairbrush when she was a 'tween (I just lost several feminist points there), I'm really not one to comment on the youtube video of someone's little girl singing along to Ke$ha's raunchy hit "Tik Tok." However, when I was a kid things youtube and Facebook didn't exist. Says Mary Elizabeth Williams: "Anyone with a laptop can become a star -- and that's where it gets complicated. Is toothy, unself-conscious Avery's lip-synced "TiK ToK" kind of adorable? Absolutely. Is it also a little disturbing, knowing a) her bedroom antics are out there for the world to see and b) her parents had to consent to this?"
